Product Description
When cutting tufted carpet without backing latex using a mechanical knife, the pile can easily fall off. However, ultrasonic cutting prevents this issue. Here's how ultrasonic cutting works:
The ultrasonic generator converts mains power into high-frequency, high-tension voltage and transmits it to the converter. The converter transforms this electrical energy into mechanical energy, moving back and forth lengthwise at a frequency equal to the generator's high-frequency AC voltage.
A downstream booster amplifies the output amplitude of the ultrasonic converter. The cutting knife focuses this energy on the carpet's cutting part, instantly softening and melting it under the intense energy.
This machine consist of automatic roll uploading unit, unwinder, centering system, slitter, corsscutting, belt conveyor(optional).

Our Advantages
- After ultrasonic cutting, the edges of fabric will be melt and sealed well without fray and leaving residues on the blade.
- Special design of two slitting control, one is one-time cutting from left to right, the other is sectional type cutting ( it means it can slit different length mat when working)
- Whether it is slitting or cross-cutting, the cutting size can be precisely controlled.
Application
Carpet, towel, curtain, bed sheet, and other textile material
